Nicholas O’Connor is named the new Administrative Assistant to Commissioner Kathleen
Therese Meany, newly elected President of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. O’Connor is a graduate of Brother Rice High School and received his Law Degree from John Marshall Law School.
