Latino Workforce Dances to Better Heart Health

The National Latino Education Institute is hosting a dance workout on Saturday, February 28th featuring Latin-inspired Zumba® to promote a heart healthy workforce through exercise that is fun and inspiring. In honor of American Heart Month, this Zumba® class for all fitness levels will feature very well-known Zumba® instructors and local elected officials who are coming together to encourage the Latino Community to take heart disease seriously by having fun with their favorite Latin music and dance steps. The event on Saturday, February 28th starts at 10 AM until 11:30 AM, at the Rauner Family YMCA, 2700 S.
