Hailing from Milan, Italy, Alessandro Nori always had his sights set on acting from a very early age. “I enjoy discovering new characters, new elements, the creativity aspect of acting is what I love the most,” said Nori. After graduating high school, Nori studied musical theater in Milan. In 2008, Nori moved to London to study at The Method Studio and eventually moved to Los Angeles graduating from the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2011. Since graduating, Nori has been involved in several projects, all of which have pushed Nori to new levels. “What I enjoy about each character I have portrayed, so far is that they are all interesting. They all delve into social issues and emotional breakthroughs,” said Nori.

Amid a busy schedule, Nori will star in the upcoming highly anticipated short, “Trans-R,” written by Rain Valdez and directed by Benjamin Attwell. “Trans-R” highlights a marginalized community of half human-half robots that start a revolution in order to be accepted in society. Nori will work with Valdez, again on a comedic web series where characters are placed in “random” situations in Los Angeles. “I am thrilled to be part of “Trans-R” and “RandomLA.” Working with writer/producer Rain Valdez and director Benjamin Attwell has truly been an honor. Rain and I have teamed up to work together to create meaningful projects for our community. It is such a blessing to work with someone who you have great chemistry with and someone who respects your work,” said Nori. On April 15th, Nori will star in Torch Song Trilogy. When not acting, Nori serves as a mentor at the Young Storytellers Foundation, an organization that visits elementary schools in high-poverty districts that aren’t funded for the arts and performing arts programs.
