The Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter’s educational program, Relief for the Stressed-Out Caregiver, will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Mather’s Café, 33 E. 83rd Street in Chicago. Providing care for someone with memory loss can be a labor of love, but it can also be exhausting and stressful. This program will introduce participants to the causes, signs and symptoms of stress, and will provide participants with stress-reduction strategies. Program specialist Phillip Bennett will present and take questions following the program. The end of Alzheimer’s disease starts here.
