Community Savings Bank will host a Home Buying Seminar on Saturday, April 29 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the bank, with the purpose of helping more local residents buy a first home. Community’s seminar will include presentations by a realtor, lawyer, Northwest Side Housing Center advisor, and a mortgage officer. The Home Buying Seminar will cover a number of topics including: how to find and buy a home, apply for a mortgage, repair credit, and qualify for special down payment programs.
