A Chicago STEM staffing firm, Engtal, has raised thousands of dollars through its work for its sponsor, the not-for-profit Diversify the Future Foundation, which supports underrepresented talent in the Chicagoland area access funding for college scholarship for their further education in STEM – enabling and empowering the next generation of industry talent. Engtal is the primary sponsor of Diversify the Future Foundation; the scholarship program will grant up to $10,000 annually for students looking to enroll in a bachelor’s degree program for science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) in the Fall of 2024. Working with its client partners to increase diversity and inclusivity in the industry, Engtal donates at least $1000 to the Diversify the Future Foundation scholarship fund for every underrepresented candidate hire they make.
