Griffin Museum of Science and Industry held its annual Kickoff to Summer Picnic on June 13th where families grabbed their blankets and enjoyed a day of free events featuring music, games, and hands-on activities. Griffin MSI partnered with Argonne National Laboratory, Lookingglass Theatre Company, Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Public Library, to name a few. Families also had the opportunity to see Chicago Sky’s new mascot, Skye the Lioness.
