
Effective this week, the Cook County Board of Review will re-open previously closed townships for appeals. The Board of Review is accepting complaints from taxpayers who have not already submitted assessment complaints for Tax Year 2025. Taxpayers whose townships are currently open to file complaints should continue to file. Taxpayers whose townships are yet to open are welcome to pre-file. Previously closed townships that are re-opening are listed below. They are open for appeals effective December 3rd, through December 12th. Taxpayers will have through December 22nd to submit evidence accompanying appeals.
