
Mayor Brandon Johnson issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Small Business Technology Enhancement Program, a new and innovative initiative administered by the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) to expand digital capacity and strengthen economic resilience for under-resourced entrepreneurs across Chicago. Program participants will receive training in online financial safety, digital marketing, eCommerce, and digital payment systems while benefitting from access to free digital assets such as devices, reliable internet connectivity, and shared learning spaces. Requests for Proposal (RFP) submissions must be completed by February 16th at 12:00 PM CDT (NOON). Those interested in learning more about this RFP can register for the pre-submittal conference taking place February 4th at 1:00 PM Central Time.
