The Provident Scholarship Fund builds on Provident Hospital’s rich history to uplift and support diversity in health care. The Provident Scholarship Fund is a collaboration between Cook County Health, the Health Foundation of Cook County and Cook County government and its Project Rainbow initiative which aims to inform, impact, and inspire students and families across the County. Provident Scholarship is now accepting applications to their 2026 scholarship fund. Deadline for applying is April 19th.
