Community Savings Bank Hosts Homeownership Seminar

Art Neville, Vice President, Marisol Gaytan, Outreach Officer and Maria Ayala, Loan Officer organized and led Community Savings Bank’s recent Homeownership seminar which was presented entirely in Spanish.

Community Savings Bank, 4801 W. Belmont Ave., hosted a free Home Ownership seminar in Spanish on Saturday, May 14th from 9 a.m. to Noon at the bank’s main office. The seminar featured Madeline Cruz, Housing Counselor, Northwest Side Housing Center; Joseph Del Campo, local attorney; and Maria Ayala, Community loan officer. The seminar entitled, Dueños de Casa en Tiempos Difíciles (Home ownership in Troubled Times) included several topics from legal issues facing homeowners today, to obtaining credit, to refinancing.

Community Savings Bank plans to host upcoming home ownership during the summer. Community Savings Bank is a member of the FDIC and is an equal housing lender.
