State Senator Iris Y. Martinez (D-Chicago) and the 20th Legislative Health District Advisory Committee invite you to the 7th Annual Family Wellness Fair on Thursday, August 11 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at ASPIRA Haugan Middle School, 3729 W. Leland Ave. The wellness fair will feature a wide array of health services for children and adults. Services that will be provided include Family Care and Moms, Babies Health Insurance Registration, and diabetes and blood pressure screenings, just to name a few. Additionally, all children attending the event will receive free school supplies. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn information regarding many health concerns they may have and will be given information about treatment.
