Circuit Court Offers Tours During Hispanic Heritage Month

Evans announced the Annual Latino Hispanic Heritage Month Courthouse Tours of the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington St, will take place on Monday, Oct. 3 and Tuesday, Oct. 4. Co-sponsoring the tours are the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and the Puerto Rican Bar Association.

The tours offer the public a sense of day-to-day operations in one of the nation’s largest unified court systems. Tours highlights include a visit to a courtroom to observe a trial in progress, an informal presentation by a Circuit Court judge and the opportunity to meet with bar association representatives.
