Representatives of the six UNO schools in the 14th Ward recently expressed their appreciation to Alderman Edward M. Burke for his support of the charter school network. Yesenia Lopez, a parent and volunteer with the Officer Donald J. Marquez Charter School located in the Brighton Park community, presents Alderman Burke with a bouquet of flowers outside of the ward office.
