Nielsen Partners with ‘Mujeres’ to Inspire Future Latina Leaders

Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - Noticias LocalesNielsen, a global leading provider of information and analytics around what consumers watch and buy, recently sponsored the Mujeres Latinas en Accion’s “Latina Leadership Conference.” Nielsen knows that Latina women are the decision makers and influencers of over 80 percent of all purchases made in U.S. Hispanic households. Other facts such as these were presented to a group of about 75 conference attendees in a workshop titled “A new Powerhouse Consumer – Today’s Latina,” led by Vanessa Figueroa, public affairs event manager. Afterwards, attendees were able to test their knowledge in a fun, interactive game show.
