Paseo Boricua in Humboldt Park and Alderman Roberto Maldonado will present the 18th Annual Three Kings Day Winter Festival and Toy Giveaway on Friday, Jan. 6 at Roberto Clemente High School’s Athletic Building, 1147 N. Western Ave. The parade will begin at 3pm, afterwards families can enjoy toy giveaways and activities fun for all ages. Children ages 0-12 must register in order to receive a gift.
