College to Careers Underway with Rush Medical Center

The top priority is curriculum design and Rush staff members are working with Malcolm X College faculty to guarantee City Colleges’ allied health programs are aligned with industry needs.

Rush University Medical Center will provide Malcolm X College students access to hands-on experience through clinical rotations at Rush in Radiology, Respiratory Care, Surgical Technology, Nursing and Emergency Medicine, guest lecturers, and donations of health sciences equipment, to name a few. “We are excited about the real-world experience our students will gain by learning from Rush staff and having exposure to Rush’s top-notch facilities and technology,” said City Colleges Chancellor Cheryl L.
