Lawndale News Chicago’s Bilingual Newspaper – HealthUnivision Radio Chicago will celebrate their annual Promesa y Esperanza (Promise and Hope) event to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, one of the world’s top centers for childhood cancer treatment and research where families never receive a bill for care. The radio-thon will take place on Thursday, Feb. 2 and Friday, Feb. 3. Univision Radio Chicago stations – WOJO 105.1FM, WPPN 106.7FM, WRTO 1200AM and WVIV 103.1FM – will broadcast the two-day event in Chicago, encouraging listeners to become Ángeles de Esperanza (Partners in Hope) by donating $20 a month to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude.
