St. Augustine College Celebrates Association with Latino Film Festival

Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - EducationThe Chicago Latino Film Festival was born at St. Augustine College, where the first films were shown at the Charlie Chaplin Auditorium. St. Augustine College is proud to partner with the Chicago Latino Film Festival to bring back this renowned event, back to its roots. Ten movies will be shown at St. Augustine’s Charlie Chaplin Auditorium, 1345 W. Argyle, from April 14th to the 22nd. Also, on April 28th, the two best movies will be shown at this location.

In addition, St. Augustine College’s Culinary Arts Program will be featured as the official caterer of the Opening Gala on April 13th, the “Mariachi Gringo Night” on April 16th, and the Closing Gala on April 25th. “We are proud of our association with the largest Latino Film Festival in the world, as we promote our culture and education to everyone in the Chicagoland area,” said Andrew C.
