Association House of Chicago is set to host another citizenship workshop Saturday, June 23 from 9am to noon at 1116 N. Kedzie. Appointments are required for those who are interested. Some of the necessary documents are as followed: green card, social security card, I.D., a list of all your addresses for the past five years and the name, address, and dates of your employers, childrens’ names, date of birth, green card number and addresses.
