El Valor Looking for Leaders

Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - EducationThe El Valor/National Louis University partnership for the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is part of their Leadership through Education program which has as one of its goals to increase the number of qualified, culturally and linguistically skilled personnel in positions of leadership, especially individuals who can identify with the Latino and other traditionally underrepresented communities. If you or anyone you know is interested in obtaining the MBA, please attend the next information session on Tuesday, July 17 at 6pm at El Valor’s Carlos Cantu Children and Family Center, 2434 S.   • MBA courses in Little Village will begin on September 11, 2012.
  • The program covers subjects related to becoming an effective manager and leader.
  • All classes will be held at El Valor Carlos Cantu Children and Family Center on Tuesday nights.
  • The cohort starts together and finishes together.

Those who are accepted to this program by National Louis University will be eligible to receive a scholarship from NLU and El Valor in the equivalent of 20 percent of NLU’s current regular tuition cost.
