The ENLACE Leadership Institute at Northeastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for the Sixth Cohort of ENLACE Fellows. The ENLACE Fellows Program: Higher Education Leadership for a Global Society is designed to prepare promising Hispanics with the skills and experience needed to become part of the senior administration ranks in higher education by enrolling them in the Master of Arts in Educational Leadership in Higher Education at Northeastern Illinois University.

Beginning January 2013, the selected ENLACE Fellows will begin a 2-year program consisting of two courses per semester, once a month seminars and similar activities. The program will cover tuition and professional development seminar materials. The application deadline is Monday, July 16, 2012.
