Cicero Food 4 Less to Celebrate Grand Re-Opening

Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - BusinessFood 4 Less continues to make good on its promise to bring jobs and the finest in service, quality, variety and everyday low prices to the greater Chicagoland area. Food 4 Less celebrated the completion of a major remodel of its supermarket at 3039 S. Cicero Ave., in The Cicero Marketplace shopping center on Wednesday.

The 59,000 square-foot store underwent nearly three months of renovations and as part of the grand re-opening event, Food 4 Less presented donations totaling $5,000 to Woodbine Elementary School and J. Sterling Morton High School. “We’ve improved every inch of our Cicero Food 4 Less, completely redesigning the layout to make shopping easier and expanding key areas to give shoppers even more reasons to think of Food 4 Less first,” said Bryan Kaltenbach, president of Food 4 Less. “This major renovation is one of the many ways we are thanking our loyal customers for shopping with us.”

The newly remodeled Food 4 Less features a new décor, new departments and services, including a new full-service Meat/Seafood Department, and a convenient layout that improves our customers’ shopping experience while helping to conserve energy and reduce waste. In addition to all of its new amenities, the remodeled Food 4 Less store will employ more than 100 associates, including 20 new hires from the surrounding community. The Cicero store is one of 16 stores Food 4 Less operates in the greater Chicagoland area.
