Little Village Academy Gets Visitor

Chicago Bear Blake Constanzo participated in a Becoming a Man (BAM) workshop with students at Little Village Academy, at 2620 S. Lawndale Ave., on November 27, 2012.

Chicago Public Schools’ Little Village Academy, 2620 S. Lawndale Ave, Tuesday, hosted Chicago Bears player Blake Costanzo who visited with some of the school’s male students. Costanzo’s visit was part of the Becoming a Man (BAM) program, which mentors high school boys in group sessions during school, developing integrity and finding healthy ways to channel anger. The BAM program is run by Youth-Guidance, a Chicago nonprofit that helps at-risk Chicago youth.
