Community Savings Bank hosted a free Home Mortgage seminar in Spanish on Saturday, May 4th at the bank’s main office.

The seminar was organized by Marisol Gaytan, community’s outreach officer.
Speakers included Liz Caton, housing counselor, Northwest Side Housing Center, Jose Hererra, a local realtor, and Maria Ayala, community loan officer. “The seminar was designed to help local residents understand current issues facing homeowners, how to improve credit and what’s needed to buy a home in today’s market,” commented Art Neville, vice president and chief lending officer.
