For Women’s History Month, The Chicago Public Library presents a diverse array of cultural events. As part of Film Screenings @ the Library, the documentary film Say My Name will be featured in several branch locations.

Following the lives of female MCS trying to make it in the male-dominated world of hip hop, Say My Name speaks candidly about class, race and gender. 2009. Directed by Nirit Peled. 73 minutes.
