Community Savings Bank will host a free Home Buying Seminar entirely in Spanish on Saturday, May 31st from 9A.M., to Noon at the bank. With the purpose of helping more local residents buy a first home, Community’s Outreach Officer organized the seminar and will conduct it in Spanish. A local realtor and credit counselor will also participate.

The Home Buying Seminar will cover a number of topics including: 1) home lending programs, mortgages, credit assistance and repair; 2) Special down payment assistance programs;
