Berwyn has many fantastic pizzerias and the Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) is on the search to uncover “Berwyn’s Best.” Through February 25th, the BDC is on a mission to find the best pizza joint in Berwyn. Early this month the BDC opened a multiple choice poll with 12 Berwyn-based pizzerias and asked the public to select up to five of their favorite restaurants. The top five pizzerias that received the most votes are Benny’s Pizza, 6806 W. 26th St., Bubba’s Place, 6333 W. Ogden Ave., Paisans Pizzeria & Bar, 6226 W. Ogden Ave., Nonno’s Pizza, 6969 W. Ogden, and Waldo Cooney’s Pizza, 6733 W. Cermak Rd. Round two, the top five restaurants identified their specialty pizzas that will be used in a second round of voting.
