Thousands braved the icy temperature and freezing water on Sunday for the 15th Annual Chicago Polar Plunge at North Avenue Beach. Lake Forest native Vince Vaughn, “Chicago Fire” cast members, Lady Gaga, and Mayoral Candidate Jesus “Chuy” Garcia all took the plunge to help benefit the Special Olympics.
