Logan Square Residents Hold Talks with State Legislators

Inside the church walls of Armitage Baptist Church gathered hundreds of Logan Square residents for the 53rd Annual Congress Logan Square Neighborhood Association (LSNA) where they were joined by Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle, who served as the keynote speaker, Cook County Commissioner Luis Arroyo Jr., and State Legislators William Delgado and Iris Martinez. The gathering served as an opportunity to confront issues affecting the neighborhood, such as gentrification, funding, and property tax increases due to the new “606” Bloomingdale Trail.
