Residents are welcome to join Alderman Cardenas for the 12th ward annual College Fair at Our Lady of Tepeyac Social Center, 2414 S. Albany Ave., on September 19th, 2015 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The fair is geared toward all college students including adult college students, returning college students and traditional students. Meet recruits and advisers that will guide students in:
