Chicago-McKinley Park Advisory Council presents Louder Than A Bomb creative writing workshop on January 16th, 2016 from 1-3 pm at McKinley Park Field House, 2210 W. Pershing Rd. The event is free and open to children aged 11-15 years old. The event is part of MPAC’s initiative to create more cultural events in McKinley Park. The event will be preceded by a free screening of Young Chicago Authors famous Louder Than a Bomb documentary on January 9th, 2016 at McKinley Park Field House, 2210 W. Pershing at 5 pm. MPAC has created this and many more events to expand cultural awareness and keep kids safe. The events are sponsored by Alderman George Cardenas and Lindy’s Chili, 3685 S. Archer.
