The 606, Chicago Park District offer a close-up on the secrets of the night sky. Join The 606 and Chicago Park District for the first in a year-long series of star & sky parties aimed at teaching kids and adults about the exciting worlds that lie beyond the Earth’s atmosphere – For The Love of Stars. The Chicago Park District’s resident astronomer, Joe Guzman, will set up telescopes to view stars and constellations, planets, and the moon. Attendees are welcome to bring their own telescopes or use the telescopes provided by Chicago Park District. The event is free and all ages are welcome. Reservations are encouraged. The event will take place on Friday, Feb. 19th from 6:30p.m., to 8:30p.m., at Mozart Park Field House, 2036 N.
