This summer, five prominent Chicago restaurants have been sending their Chefs to teach After School Matters teens exclusive menus inspired by their trademark dining experiences. Throughout the summer, 28 teens have worked alongside the executive chefs – learning techniques, tips and tricks of the trade while preparing a gourmet meal. At the end of each week, the teens serve lunch at Gallery 37. This Friday, After School Matters Summer Teen Cuisine lunch buffet series will take place with the help of Executive Chef Nicolas Cabrera from STK. To catch Chef Cabrera and After School Matters teens in action, head over to 3rd Floor Terrace of Gallery 37 between 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m. Advance tickets are $15 and $20 at the door.
