Experiencing fine wines doesn’t require a passport or trip to Napa. The Windy City Wine Festival presented by US Bank returns to iconic Buckingham Fountain for its 12th year this weekend, September 9th and 10th. Guests will be able to sample from more than 300 wines brought in from across the globe, right in the heart of Chicago’s Grant Park. Food options from 12 Chicago favorites including Copper Oven Pizza, Empanadus Restaurant, Gayle’s Best Ever Grilled Cheese and Gulity Pleasurez Cocktail Cupcakes will also be available for purchase at the festival. On the Funjet Vacations with El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels Stage, Sons of Bildor and The Lloyd Dobler Effect will keep the party rocking with live music both days of the event. The two-day, fan-favorite event gives attendees the opportunity to expand their knowledge of wine culture by tastings, sommelier-led seminars, pairing tips, and more.
