Cicero Police arrested Edgar M.H. Preciado (DOB Sept.28, 1987) on accused of killing his uncle, David M.H. Anaya (DOB Feb. 26, 1948). Charges have not yet officially been charged, but Preciado is believed to have stabbed his uncle to death in a basement apartment at a home at 1228 S. 49th Court on Saturday March 18 in the early afternoon. Preciado’s bond was set at $300,000 on Monday, according to the Cook County sheriff’s office. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 12th. Charges for First Degree Murder were approved at 1500 hrs Sunday by the cook county state’s attorney. Arraignment was Monday Morning.
