PNC Bank will host its third annual “Path to Homeownership” workshop on Saturday August 18, 2018 at the National Museum of Mexican Art, 1852 W. 19th St., in the heart of Chicago’s Pilsen/Little Village neighborhood. The event is a free educational opportunity for future homebuyers to engage in valuable discussions with onsite home buying industry experts and to learn about financing and special programs to make homeownership more affordable. To understand the comprehensive home-buying process, PNC has invited a guest speaker from LUCHA (Latin United Community Housing Association). Other industry experts will be available onsite to discuss budgeting, credit & the pre-approval process, purchase contracts, property taxes, inspections and other purchase-related topics. The event is open to the public.
