For the sixth consecutive year, Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) Chicago has been recognized as a top center in the country for providing quality breast cancer care by the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC®) program. CTCA® Chicago is the only center in Illinois, and one of only 57 centers nationally, to be recognized as a Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence™, reinforcing the hospital’s position as a national leader in breast cancer care. As part of the NCBC, the NQMBC is a voluntary program that identifies quality of care measures, provides immediate access to quality information and allows breast centers to compare their performance with other centers across the United States and beyond. Additionally, the Breast Cancer Center at CTCA Chicago is accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) and the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) Certification Program for meeting the highest standards of quality cancer care.
