Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - Business

The Illinois Tollway Technical Assistance Program administered by HACIA SEF is designed to prepare emerging and established transportation-related construction firms (D/M/WBE and VOSBs firms) to participate on highway and vertical construction contracts. This is HACIA SEF’s 1st Chicago Zone 1 cohort to graduate. The graduation ceremony was held on Thursday, April at HACIA’s office. Twelve students graduated from the following companies:
