El Valor Hosts Annual Auto Show

El Valor’s Carlos H. Cantu Children and Family Center held their second annual Auto Show at their center on Friday. After a few children were fortunate to attend the Chicago Auto Show at McCormick last year, they returned to their classrooms excited to share their experiences. Unfortunately, attending the Auto Show is not a luxury most families can afford, so El Valor decided to take matters into their own hands and bring the auto show to their classrooms. Families assisted their child by creating wearable cars made from recyclable materials that promote conservation efforts. From police cars, to Coca-Cola trucks, to even DeLoreans and Batmobiles, there was something for every car enthusiast.
