Joanna Sweder celebrated her 25th anniversary as a Community Savings Bank employee in March. She is one of many long-serving employees of the bank. Sweder grew up in Poland and moved to the United States while she was still in high school. In 1995, while still in college, she started her career at Community as the bank’ telephone operator. Currently, Sweder serves as an Assistant Vice President. Over the years Sweder has worked as a teller and in several other departments of the bank. Since 1998 she has been in New Accounts, opening accounts for customers and assisting with deposit related issues. Sweder also serves on the bank’s Financial Management Committee, and has a number of other duties. Community Savings Bank is a member of the FDIC and is an equal housing lender.
