Latino Art Beat Announces Art, Film Competition

Latino Art Beat announces its scholarship award winning 2021 art and film competition, available to enrolled juniors and seniors attending high schools (virtual or in-person classes) throughout the State of Illinois. First place winners will receive a minimum $1,000 scholarship to the college or university of their choice. Scholarship awards are paid directly to the students’ college tuition account. A national winner of the art competition will qualify for a $20,000 scholarship from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Latino Art Beat offers these competitions to students in various participating cities from which a NATIONAL WINNER is chosen. The national winner must apply to and be accepted by the Maryland Institute College of Art. This scholarship is not transferrable.
