Sinai Chicago unveiled their new Center for Addiction Treatment and Recovery at Holy Cross Hospital at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 11th. Leaders from Sinai Chicago were joined by local elected officials and community leaders in celebrating the opening of the new Center and its impact on the community. Sinai Chicago partnered with US Healthvest, a national leader in behavioral health services, to offer an advanced hospital-based drug and alcohol detoxification program providing 24/7 care focused on individualized support. The new Center will offer an advanced hospital-based drug and alcohol detoxification (detox) program that focuses on the needs of the individual. Medical professionals including registered nurses, internal family medicine doctors and psychiatrists will manage the uncomfortable symptoms of withdrawal around the clock, utilizing the most current accepted detox protocols. The treatment team will also consist of licensed social workers, licensed counselors, and patient care technicians (PCT) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC). Admissions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Walk-Ins are welcome.
