More than 100 leaders from 200 local community organizations will meet Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022 at 9a.m., to learn ways to strengthen their support for Chicago Public Schools students and teachers during the 10th Annual Summer Institute hosted by Communities In Schools of Chicago (CIS of Chicago) at University of Illinois Chicago’s Student Center East, 750 S. CIS of Chicago’s network of community partners provides a variety of programs, including academic enrichment, arts, behavioral and mental health, college and career readiness, physical health and wellness, and fundamental needs.
