Aetna Better Health of Illinois, the Medicaid managed care business of Aetna®, a CVS Health® company (NYSE: CVS), has partnered with various community organizations in the greater Chicagoland area to give back to underserved communities by hosting resource fairs aimed at making healthy lifestyle choices more accessible. The Giving Thanks for Your Health Resource Fairs will benefit communities throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Through these fairs Aetna will provide resources for healthy living and encourage residents to celebrate their health with access to free resources and medical care. Each location has been coordinated to reach Medicaid members and residents that live in ‘health deserts’ in Chicago, Joliet, Summit, and Decatur. Giving Thanks for Your Health Resource Fairs will feature a host of free resources structured to promote fun-filled, family-oriented healthy community focused events that include:

• Health screenings and wellness services
• Family friendly activities & games fitness activities
• Fresh produce
