Advocate Health Care Kicks-Off Community Conversations to Improve Health, Wellness on South Side

Advocate Health Care is inviting South Side residents to share their ideas for improving health and wellness to help inform plans for future investments in the area. Local residents are encouraged to join a community conversation to share their thoughts and ideas:

• Tuesday, April 2, 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., Compassion Baptist Church, 2650 E. 95th St.

• Friday, April 12, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Discover Center, 8560 S. Cottage Grove Ave.

Conversation topics will include: What would make it easier to be healthy? Are there health services you would like to see in your community? What difficulties do you face in living your healthiest life? Everyone is welcome to attend these free events. No need to register. Refreshments will be served. Those who cannot attend an event in person are invited to share their ideas by going to the website MyVoiceMyHealth.com/ideas and sharing their input electronically.
