Lawndale News Chicago's Bilingual Newspaper - Education

Teens looking for a job this summer are encouraged to apply to the Chicago Public Library for a paid summer internship. Teens will learn more about how public libraries work and how to help their local community. Under the supervision of library branch staff, teens will collaborate with their fellow interns to assist patrons, promote summer programs, organize and decorate spaces, create books lists, promote reading and learn about all facets of public library work.
