Located at 2504 W Cermak Avenue in Chicago, the new location provides walk-in and online check-in healthcare services for patients of all ages while helping meet growing demand for affordable, convenient access to everyday care outside traditional emergency rooms and primary healthcare providers.  From school and sports physicals to pediatric care, women’s health, lab testing and treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries, Midwest Express Clinic offers healthcare services designed to help patients get care quickly and close to home.  Clinics are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, with both walk-in and online check-in appointments available.
