The much anticipated Taste of Chicago will return to its summer roots, kicking off on July 8th through the 12th, bringing five days of food, music, culture, and community events. To celebrate, the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) held a Taste of Chicago Preview at the Harris Theater Rooftop on Tuesday afternoon where attendees had the opportunity to nosh on a couple of delectable dishes from arroz con gandules, to Jollof rice arancini, to cheesecake.
