Cicero Town President Larry Dominick proudly recognized more than 20 residents who recently became U.S. citizens, thanks to the town’s Citizenship Program.  During a recent Town Board meeting, those residents were honored by President Dominick and Board members. Citizenship Program Director Arcadio Delgado praised their hard work, noting they received the education, guidance and support needed to successfully complete the naturalization process and begin a new chapter of their lives. President Dominick established the program to support residents with English as a Second Language classes and citizenship classes, helping them build skills and achieve goals to improve their lives. The program also offers guidance on renewing legal permanent resident cards, Infopass appointments with immigration officers, translation services and referrals for legal services.
